Dr Georgina Konrat's practice recorded 279 new patient enquiries between 01-04-2026 and 30-06-2026 across its Bondi Junction (Sydney) and Annerley (Brisbane) clinics — an average of 93 enquiries per month. The count is taken directly from the practice's CRM, where each enquiry is logged as it arrives by phone, website form, chat or social media. Because it counts only enquiries that were actually recorded, the figure is a floor rather than an estimate. As at July 2026, one in four of all recorded enquiries (25 per cent) had progressed to a booked consultation with Dr Konrat.

What women read before they enquire

The practice publishes a detailed labiaplasty guide that walks through the procedure, recovery and questions to ask at consultation. To 11-07-2026, 204 women have downloaded the guide, and 71 of them — 35 per cent — completed the full guide series rather than stopping at the first instalment. The completion rate suggests women researching labiaplasty engage deeply with long-form clinical information when it is offered without conditions.

Interstate research patterns

In the first half of 2026, the practice's Sydney labiaplasty website received 3,179 visits from within Australia. One in three of those visits (33 per cent) came from outside New South Wales. Queensland alone accounted for 622 visits — one in five — with Victoria next. The data measures where research happens rather than where patients ultimately have a procedure, but it shows demand for labiaplasty information is genuinely national, not local to the clinic's own city.

The remaining states and territories are grouped into “Other”. Under the dataset's minimum cell size rule, no figure smaller than 10 is ever reported on its own.

AI assistants now send visitors to clinic websites

In the 12 months to 30-06-2026, the practice's three websites received 95,507 visits in total. Of those, 2,244 visits — 2.3 per cent — arrived from AI assistants including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, identified through referral and campaign data in the practice's analytics. AI-referred visitors arrived in every single month of the 12-month window, ranging from 107 to 286 visits per month. For a medical practice, AI assistants are no longer a hypothetical discovery channel; they are a small but consistent source of real research traffic.
