Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled procedure time.

Paid parking available at Westfield Bondi Junction and surrounding streets.

- Photo ID and Medicare card
- Signed consent forms
- Loose, comfortable clothing (front-opening preferred)
- Slip-on shoes
- Any prescribed pre-operative medications
- A responsible adult to drive you home

Recovery
Timeline
A general guide to recovery. Every patient heals differently and Dr Konrat will provide personalised guidance.
Day 1–3
Rest & Recovery
Swelling and mild discomfort are normal. Rest at home, apply ice as directed, take prescribed pain relief.
Week 1
First Follow-Up
Post-operative appointment with Dr Konrat. Light walking encouraged. No baths, swimming, or strenuous activity.
Week 2–4
Gradual Return
Swelling continues to reduce. Most patients return to desk work. Continue wound care routine.
Week 6+
Full Recovery
Final follow-up appointment. Most activity restrictions lifted. Results continue to improve over coming months.

Urgent Post-Operative Concerns
If you experience heavy bleeding, severe pain not controlled by medication, signs of infection (increasing redness, swelling, or fever above 38°C), or difficulty breathing, please contact the clinic immediately.
